We have the keys for your peace of mind. Our company will take all concierge related burdens off the Developer and Property Manager’s shoulders. We handle all aspects of the concierge services including the hiring process, scheduling, payroll, sick days, vacation coverage and any other emergency situations. We will develop full emergency procedures for your building and the residents. As an added service, we organize periodical fire and earthquake drills with the concierge staff to keep them ready for any eventuality.


We will provide the necessary procedures for the periodical suite maintenance work required including water filter replacement, fire place cleaning, washer, dryer and refrigerator maintenance for performance improvement.


We can also provide consulting regarding key security issues: correct video camera installation to eliminate crucial blind spots, coordination for the installation of alarm devices for points of entry where camera surveillance is not possible, set up for monitoring equipment installation for the concierge desk etc.


One of the most unique services we can provide is detection of deficiencies within a building. With this service, we conduct periodical inspections of the building and can provide you with a detailed list of deficiencies for the common areas. This will ultimately help the developer as well as the property management company to solve these problems during the warranty period, before they become more severe.
